Randal Brewer

Randal has over 41 years of experience in the industry. He began his career with two-way radio and building small Rohn 25 towers, and later branched into installing larger communication towers, along with broadcast and microwave antennas. He currently serves as President of RTT, and is committed to upholding the same standards he founded the company on over 17 years ago.

Riley has over 17 years of experience in the industry. When he began working at Randal’s Tower Tech in 1998, he was a tower hand, installing two-way lines and antennas. Within two years, he ran a crew and installed microwave lines and antennas.

In 2003, Riley held a construction management position at RTT and oversaw numerous tower erection projects using Chicago boom gin pole and crane as well as co-locations and structural remediation for the cell industry. Five years later, Riley assumed a project management position and expanded the company with crews operational in site builds, R56 grounding, electrical and installation of 3G antennas, lines and shelter/equipment.

From 2010-2012, Riley performed PM/CM duties on a variety of projects for the city of Houston, Kansas City, Galveston County, ARWIN, TxDot and the state of Arkansas. His responsibilities for these projects included Chicago boom gin pole erection of self-supporting towers up to 400 feet; guyed towers up to 480 feet; installing microwave lines and antennas, alignment and testing; specialty pod mounted platforms for antennas and equipment on water towers and rooftops, civil, electrical, welding and grounding system installation. From 2012-2014, Riley performed CM/PM duties and ran crews for the CBP/DHS P25 up-grade projects for the El Paso/New Mexico, Big Bend, Laredo and RGV sectors. His responsibilities included stacking towers and monopoles; installing/testing of lines and antennas at over 90 sites utilizing crane, gin pole and helicopter.

Currently, Riley is the Vice President of RTT and operates with crews heavily involved in raw land site construction and TIA 222-G structural upgrades on communication towers and monopoles.
